About the Role

We're looking for a versatile, dependable handyman to join the RTM family. You'll handle repairs, drywall, flooring, doors, decks, and everything in between on residential and commercial properties across Sacramento.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs: drywall patching, door/window repair, trim, and fixture installs
• Install and refinish flooring (hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile)
• Deck repair, staining, and minor carpentry
• Assess job sites and communicate scope to the project manager
• Keep a clean, safe work area on every job

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on handyman / multi-trade experience
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew
