It started with one man and a commitment to doing things right. Milton Gilbert — known to everyone as Big Reggie — founded Gilbert Maintenance and spent decades mastering every corner of the trades. Today, Milton serves as an outside consultant and joint-venture project partner to RTM, sharing decades of expertise while remaining independent of the company.

His son, Reggie Gilbert Sr., trained beside him for years, learning not just the skills but the standard. That standard became Real-Time Maintenance LLC — a company Milton supports as a consultant and partner, not as a member.

Today, Reggie leads RTM out of Sacramento — serving homeowners, property managers, Section 8 clients, and government agencies with the same integrity his father poured into him. Gilbert Maintenance and RTM continue to collaborate on joint ventures — two independent companies united by one family and one mission.

And the story isn't finished — the next generation is already in the field, learning the trade the same way: hands on, head down, ready for what's next.
