About the Role

We're growing fast and need an organized, people-first HR professional to help us build and manage our team. You'll handle recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations for our expanding Sacramento-area workforce.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new technicians and staff
• Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Develop HR policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HR experience (construction/trades background a plus)
• Familiarity with California labor law
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with HR software (ADP, Gusto, or similar)
