About the Role

We're hiring a Painting Supervisor to lead our painting crew. You'll own quality control, scheduling, client walkthroughs, and training for junior painters — making sure every job meets RTM standards from prep to final walk-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the painting crew and all painting jobs
• Perform quality control on every job from prep to finish
• Schedule jobs and assign crew to projects
• Conduct client walkthroughs and sign-offs
• Train and mentor junior painters
• Order materials and track inventory
• Enforce safety and site compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential / commercial painting experience
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
