Not seeing the latest version? Follow these steps to refresh the app or re-add it to your home screen.

  1. 1Open the iPhone Settings app (the gray gear icon).
  2. 2Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap "Clear History and Website Data".
  4. 4Tap "Clear History and Data" to confirm.
  5. 5Go back to Safari and re-open the app link.

After clearing, the app will reload fully fresh with the latest update.

  1. 1Open the Chrome browser on your Android device.
  2. 2Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Tap Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  4. 4Check "Cached images and files" (uncheck others if you prefer).
  5. 5Tap "Clear data", then re-open the app link.

You can also long-press the app icon on your home screen and tap App Info → Storage → Clear Cache.

  1. 1First, remove the old icon: long-press it on your home screen, tap "Remove App", then "Delete from Home Screen".
  2. 2Open Safari and navigate to the app website.
  3. 3Tap the Share button (the box with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
  4. 4Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  5. 5Give it a name and tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
  6. 6The new icon will appear on your home screen with the latest version.

Make sure you're using Safari — the Add to Home Screen option is not available in Chrome or other browsers on iPhone.

  1. 1First, remove the old icon: long-press it on your home screen and drag it to "Remove" or "Uninstall".
  2. 2Open Chrome and navigate to the app website.
  3. 3Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  4. 4Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
  5. 5Tap "Add" to confirm.
  6. 6The updated app icon will appear on your home screen.

If you see 'Install app', tap it for the best experience — it installs as a full PWA with its own icon.

  1. 1On iPhone Safari: close all tabs, then swipe up from the bottom of the screen to close Safari fully. Re-open it and visit the app.
  2. 2On Android Chrome: tap the three-dot menu and tap the refresh icon, or pull down on the page to refresh.
  3. 3If still stuck: in the address bar, type the app URL and press Go to force a fresh load.

A hard refresh bypasses saved data and loads the very latest version of the app.
