Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time incur no fee.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a trip charge.

Rescheduling

To reschedule, contact us at (916) 889-6655 or email info@realtimemaintenancellc.com. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.

No-shows

If no one is available at the job site at the scheduled time and we were not notified in advance, a return trip may be scheduled at our discretion and may incur a trip charge.

Refunds

Payments for work not yet performed will be refunded. Work already completed is billed at the agreed estimate.
